Biography
Vladimir was born on June 18, 1973. He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade and the School for Coaches, University of Novi Sad. Vladimir is a holder of the Black belt 8.DAN Self Defense Real Aikido System and 5.DAN JuJutsu (Real Aikido).
Professional experience
• 1991 – Vladimir started to train Real Aikido with the Master Ljuba Vračarević in the Sport Center “Vračar”.• 1993-1995 - he was training with the Master Bratislav Stajić in the Training Center “Vračarević”
• 1995 – became the member of the first team in the Training Center “Vračarević”, led by the Master Ljuba Vračarević. After the death of the Master Ljuba, Vladimir led the trainings of this team from 2013 until June 2014.
• 04/1995–06/2014 - worked as the trainer in the Training Center “Vračarević”
• 09/2000–04/2009 - worked as the trainer in the Training Center“AS”
• 1997 – opened the Training Center in Zemun together with the Master Dejan Žuža and they jointly led the trainings until 1999
• 1999 – on the initiative of the Master Radojica Sapsović Uča, they jointly opened the section in the Primary School “Sutjeska”, which Vladimir continued to lead independently from 2000
• 2005 – founded the Sport Association “Center of Real Aikido Vokić”. Within this Association, Vladimir expanded the trainings and together with center in Zemun, he held the trainings in training centers in Dobanovci, Bežanijska Kosa, Dorćol and Novi Beograd
• Through his work within the above-mentioned training centers, Vladimir trained a large number of masters and many of them established their own training centers
• As a great admirer of the martial art Kyokushin Jutsu, Vladimir had a pleasure to meet and train with the Master Dragan Filipović, the founder of this martial art. In 2000, he successfully completed the Seminar of the basic forms of this martial art, led by Master Filipović. After the seminar, Vladimir trained this martial art with Master Žarko Risteski and Master Nenad Blagojević on several occasions.
• Besides Ljuba Vračarević, Vladimir also gained knowledge in real aikido from the Master Bratislav Stajić and the Master Nenad Veselinović
• 1995 – became a member of the WCRA team of the Master Ljuba Vračarević and until June 2015 he held the seminars in Serbia and abroad as the WCRA team member, as well as independently
• 2003 – Vladimir was a part of the WCRA team in the “Hall of Fame” event in Dallas (USA)during which the Master Ljuba Vračarević was promoted to Soke and Real Aikido was recognized as the Serbian Martial Art. Also, on this event Vladimir went through the examination for the 4th degree in front of the Examination Committeeconsisted of ten Masters with 10th degree belt, but due to the excellent presentation of the skill the Committee awarded him with the 5th degree belt.
• 2004 – Vladimir was a part of the WCRA team on the biggest Martial Arts Festival in the Bercy Arena in Paris. He also participated in this event in 2012 and after the death of the Master Vračarević, in 2014 he led the team of the mastersthat demonstrated the real aikido skill in his honor.
• 2008– In Astana, Kazakhstan, Vladimir participated in the Alex Kunjin Seminar as the guest instructor and after this seminar the cooperation between the Master Kunjin and Master Vračarević was established.
• 2011 – together with the Master Ljuba Vračarević, participated in the first Real Aikido Seminar in Israel.
• 2013– during the Seminar in Orenburg Region, Vladimir participated in the Conference dedicated to the establishment of the Russian Federation of the Real Aikido, together with the Master Vračarević.
• 9/2013 – assisted Master Ljuba Vračarević to lead his last Seminar in Budapest.
- participated, as the instructor, in the WCRA team in 38 seminars abroad (Russia, Kazakhstan, Italy, Bulgaria, France, Macedonia, USA, Greece, Republic of Srpska, Hungary).
- within the WCRA, Vladimir held more than 20 seminars in Serbia as the lead instructor.
- within the WCRA, Vladimir also held more than 14 seminars as the lead instructor in the following cities abroad –Pyt-Yakh (2001), Ohrid (2001), Krasnoyarsk (2002), Astana (2008), Karaganda (2008), Ekaterinburg (2009, 2012 and 2014), Norilsk (2012), Thessaloniki (2013 and 2014), Skopje (2013 and 2014) and Alma Ata (2015).
• 2001 – 6/2015 – as the President of the Examination Committee, Vladimir held 84 examinations for students and masters.
• participated in the foundation of the Serbian Association of Real Aikido. He was a member of the Association’s Board of Directors from its foundation until June 2015, when he submitted irrevocable resignation. In the same yearVladimir terminated cooperation with WCRA.
• 2015 – participated in the foundation of the Serbian Self-defense Alliance System of Real Aikido 2015.
• 2015 - participated in the foundation of the International Federation for Self Defense Real Aikido System (IFSRA).
• Within the SSSSRA2015, participated in the seminars in Zrenjanin, Belgrade, Novi Sad, Niš, Futog, Novi Pazar, Kostolac, Senta, Petrovac na Mlavi etc.
• 04/2016 - Within theIFSRA, held the Seminar in Tel Aviv, Israel.
• 05/2016 – held the Seminar in Rems, France, within the IFSRA.
• 05/2016 – held the Seminar in Skopje, Macedonia, within the IFSRA.
• 2017/2018/2019 - Within theIFSRA,held the Seminar in Alma Ata, Kazakhstan.
