a course that is divided into several stages in which women learn:
• blows and self-defense techniques against the most common attacks (hair grip, strangulation, threats ...)• use of everyday objects (key, ballpoint pen, umbrella ...)
• vital points
• situational training - as one of the most important phases of the course
Specially designed situational training allows the trainees to learn how to eliminate the stress that occurs during an attack and to apply the learned self-defense techniques.
